Shipping Policy

All Prismveil umbrellas are printed to order in small batches to keep the artwork sharp and vivid. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be made before it ships.

Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 7–12 business days. A faster shipping option is available at checkout if you'd like your umbrella sooner.

Orders over $65 qualify for free standard shipping. Shipping costs for orders under $65 are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping speed.

You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it the rest of the way.

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us and we'll make it right.

A few placeholders you'll want to fill in before this goes live: whether you ship internationally (and if so, which countries and any customs/duties note), the carrier(s) you use, and a support email or contact link for shipping issues. Let me know those details and I can fold them in — or, if you'd rather, I can add this directly to your store's Shipping policy page in Shopify settings once it's finalized.
